Dr. Zala Lenarčič

Zala Lenarčič is leading the Driven and dissipative quantum systems group at the Department of theoretical physics (F1). Recently she received a prestigious ERC Starting Grant 2022, “Weakly driven quantum symmetries (DrumS).” She is the coordinator of QuantERA consortium QuSiED and partner of consortium T-NiSQ, both involving leading EU theoretical and experimental groups developing quantum simulation. She strives to establish the connection between fundamental concepts and quantum technologies.
